Guidelines/Rules For your appointment, you MUST come with your hair detangled (No knots). IF YOUR HAIR IS NOT detangled, your appointment will be cancelled and initial deposit will not be refunded. If you want us to detangle your hair, we must be notified before your appointment and detangling starts @ $50. A non-refundable $23 deposit is required, but it goes toward your appointment !!! NO EXCEPTION. Only $20 goes towards your appointment. The remaining $3 is charged for the transaction fee You have 3 days to get your hair fixed should you have any complaints. Please arrive on time. There is a 10-minute grace period. If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit lost, or you will pay a $30 late fee The deposit is only valid after a month of cancellation(48 hours before your appointment). If you don’t reschedule within a month, you will have to pay another deposit to schedule your appointment. If you do not cancel before 48 hours, your deposit is lost and can not be used towards another appointment.you can only cancel one appointment, you will be charged 10% of your total service fee upon second cancellation. Please note that the system is set to take this charges and it’s not refundable. Appointments are not Transferable. All Appointments are final.
